Exceptional
Perfect location (5min from Bus terminal), clean, pretty and comfortable hotel. My fav point about the hotel is the staff including the manager. Helpful, smiley people, giving super relevant tips to enjoy Tulum to the best possible extent. Would definitely recommend !

Exceptional
I really recommend this hotel. Superfriendly and Nice staff they feel like family. Perfect location near mainstreet and Ado bus station. Delicious breakfast made by a very kind Lady and clean beautiful rooms. The manager helped us with evrything we needed. If I Come back to Tulum I Will defenitly stay here again

Friendly staff
We had two rooms - both upstairs. One was really large one, with a bathtub, the other was quite small - both decent and perfect for one night we spent in Tulum, Fresh breakfast in the morning. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and because of him we were able to see the parade on the last day of Tulum Carnival.
The showerheads were rusty, there was no toilet paper in one of the rooms when we arrived.
